E2000 Two Pack Water Based Clear Clear Internal Concrete Coating

This Spec achieves a beautiful hardwearing ?polished concrete? effect at a fraction of the cost and application time of the traditional process. It uses Envirothane 2000 Superclear Epoxy, and is ideal in areas that require a hard wearing surface, easy cleaning properties, and an excellent appearance. It can be used as food grade coating, and lends itself to being applied as a non-slip surface. It is available in Gloss or Satin finish.

Surface Preparation:

Provide a clean, dry, etched surface. If ?polished concrete? look is required, carefully grind the surface being treated using a diamond floor grinding machine. Concrete must be suitably keyed to ensure good coating adhesion. If the surface is acid etched, it is absolutely essential that all acid residue is removed, or blistering of the applied coating will occur.
